There is something magical that happens when we travel and encounter a culture completely different than our own. It feeds our curiosity, instills a sense of wonder at our world, and expands our consciousness. I am committed to taking students abroad to feed their hunger for learning about the "real world" and world history experientially. The trips I lead are not school or district affiliated, however I work with a very experienced travel company (EF Tours) to plan amazing trips that my students tell me changed their lives!
Below are trips I have led with students and parents:
Western Europe (England, France, and Spain): Spring Break 2011
Eastern Europe (Germany, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Austria): Spring Break 2013
Italy, Greece, Turkey: Spring Break 2014
Belize: Spring Break 2015
China: Spring Break 2016
Thailand: Spring Break 2017 Tour # 1809382RS , Website: www.eftours.com/1809382RS The trip is about $3,300 for students. The price will go up in October, but you can hold the price by depositing $95. This includes all airfare and transportation, breakfast, dinner, entrance fees, all tour guides, a full time tour director, and hotels! The only thing you'd have to pay for is lunch and some tips. All of my past travelers have said these trips were worthwhile and life-changing! They also deepen our curiosity and appreciation for world history. In terms of danger, the scariest thing you do is probably get into a car everyday. Come on an adventure and grow!
Best Regards,
Ms. Ola Hadi
p.s. Below are some pictures of some amazing students I had the pleasure of taking to England, France, and Spain on Spring Break 2011 and a Spring Break 2013 Trip to Germany, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, and Austria! That trip was amazing. On my own, I have traveled to China, India, the Middle East, Costa Rica, across the United States, and throughout Europe. I will try to put up more pictures of more recent trips soon. There is a reason I love to travel so much-come find out for yourself on the next trip!
EASTERN EUROPE 2013:
In the underground salt mines of Poland!
Famous Baths of Budapest
Berlin Wall....they tore this part down literally the week after we saw it Germany!
